The Box Office located in the lobby of the Arts Center on 7 at the east end of Minnetonka High School at 18285 Highway 7, Minnetonka MN 55345. 

NEW Hours: Noon-5pm on school days, Noon - 2:30 pm on weekdays when school is not in session

Additional hours: One hour before every performance.

Please note:  Minnesota state law requires that the doors to the Arts Center been kept locked weekdays during school hours (7:10am-2:40pm). If you need to enter during that time, please go the MHS main entrance (1N) where they will issue you a pass and direct you to the Box Office.

Sales

Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted
$2 per ticket processing fee charged for online orders
$2.50 per order processing fee charged for phone orders
Online ticket sales will close 1.5 hours before each performance
Everyone entering the theatre must have a ticket

Late Seating

Patrons who arrive late will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager
Latecomers may not be seated in their assigned seats until intermission
Until they are seated, latecomers may watch productions on the monitor located in the lobby

Refunds

Refunds only issued when a performance is canceled
Unused tickets may be donated back to the Box Office

Exchanges

Exchanges only issued for another performance of the same production
Must be completed 24 hours prior to the time of the performance on the original ticket
All exchanges subject to $2 per ticket fee (no fees for subscribers)
Can completed by calling or visiting the Box Office

Gift Certificates

Gift tickets may be purchased online or at the Box Office
Tickets can later be redeemed  at the Box Office for admission to any Minnetonka Theatre performance during the 2011-2012 season
Not redeemable for cash

Group Sales

15% off for groups of 15 or more–automatically applies at checkout
