MHS Drama is proud to present our fall musical production South Pacific. The original production in 1949-50 made history, garnering 10 Tony Awards including Best Musical. In May of 2008 history was made again when South Pacific won seven Tony Awards—the most honored show of the evening—at the 62nd Annual Tony Awards, including the coveted, Best Musical Revival of 2008. The Cripple of Inishmaan: Directed by James Cada
A dark comedy by Martin McDonagh who links the story to the real life filming of the documentary Man of Aran. Set on the small Aran Islands community of Inishmaan the Western Coast of Ireland, circa 1934, the inhabitants are excited to learn of a Hollywood film crew's arrival in neighboring Inishmore make a documentary about life on the islands.
